SecureSpace Enters Dallas-Fort Worth Market with Four New Facilities

SecureSpace Self Storage has established its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area with the opening of four new facilities in Saginaw, West Plano, Crowley, and Euless. These locations mark the company’s first expansion into the region.

The properties offer a combined 751,000 square feet of storage space across 5,580 units. Constructed between 2022 and 2024, the sites are multi-story, climate-controlled facilities. The Euless site, positioned along major thoroughfares, serves as a primary hub for the expansion.

These openings bring SecureSpace’s national portfolio to 101 locations. The company is currently executing site upgrades, which include the integration of AI-enabled security cameras and sensors, alongside renovations to leasing offices to align with corporate design standards.

All facilities remain operational while these improvements are completed, allowing customers to access units and manage rentals through the company's online platform.
