Segway Powersports Shows Production, Off-Roading to Latin American and Canadian Media

Segway Powersports hosted 14 representatives from media and content creation fields in China between September 14-19, 2026. The attendees, hailing from Canada, Chile, Peru, Panama, Brazil, and Argentina, participated in the "Segway Powersports China Tour – 2026 Latin America and Canada Edition."

The tour commenced at Segway Powersports' manufacturing facility in Changzhou, China. Participants received a behind-the-scenes look at the vehicle production, assembly, testing, and final inspection processes. This segment aimed to provide insight into the company's manufacturing operations and quality control measures.

The experience then shifted to Keping County in Aksu, Xinjiang. Here, attendees tested Segway Powersports' full lineup of vehicles in diverse off-road conditions, including desert terrain, gravel paths, and water crossings. The objective was to allow participants to directly experience the performance, handling, and capabilities of the vehicles in real-world scenarios.

Beyond the factory and test drives, the event facilitated a two-way exchange between Segway Powersports and its international guests. Attendees shared their perspectives on local market environments, user expectations, and needs directly with the company's marketing, product, R&D, and after-sales teams, bringing insights from six distinct markets. Segway Powersports indicated plans to extend similar programs to more markets to strengthen relationships and incorporate real-world feedback into product development.
