Senspa Under New Local Ownership Introduces Ammortal Chamber to Northern California

San Francisco, CA – September 2026 – Senspa, a day spa located in San Francisco's Presidio for over two decades, has entered a new chapter under the ownership of local residents Kyle Withycombe and Stephany Lawrence. The new owners are building on the spa's established reputation by introducing a refreshed brand identity, an expanded treatment menu, and new wellness technology, starting with the Ammortal Chamber, now the only one of its kind in Northern California.

Withycombe and Lawrence took ownership with a personal connection to Senspa; Lawrence had been a long-time client. They aimed to preserve the spa's core values while investing in its future development. "Our goal isn't to change that foundation. It's to build on it and continue evolving the experience in ways that feel meaningful to our guests," stated Lawrence.

A central addition is the Ammortal Chamber, a wellness technology combining multiple modalities, including light therapy, sound, and hydrogen, into a single immersive session. The chamber offers a multi-sensory experience designed to aid in relaxation and recovery. This technology marks a significant step in the spa's integration of advanced wellness solutions.
