Sensydia Secures Over $6 Million for Cardiac Performance System

Sensydia, a medical technology company developing a non-invasive cardiac assessment system, announced it has secured over $6 million in an oversubscribed funding round. The financing was led by Colle Capital Partners with support from Orlando Health Ventures.

The funds will support the completion of Sensydia's ACOUSTIC‑1 study for its Cardiac Performance System (CPS™) and prepare for its FDA authorization and commercial launch. The CPS system utilizes acoustic and electrical signals analyzed by AI algorithms to assess cardiac function without invasive catheterization.

The system is designed to provide clinicians with pulmonary pressure assessments in various settings, aiding in the identification of congestion and guiding diagnosis and treatment for heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. A new CPT® code, 1036T, effective July 2026, supports non-invasive hemodynamic assessment utilizing similar principles.

"Sensydia has the makings of a new category to bring pressure information to the point of care, and the foundation to scale it," said Bill Hawkins, former CEO of Medtronic and an advisor to Sensydia. CEO Anthony Arnold highlighted that CPS provides cardiologists with objective pressure information at the office where treatment decisions are made.
