Sensys Gatso to Support Launch of Ghana's Road Safety Program

Sensys Gatso Group, via its joint venture Nationwide Traffic Management & Enforcement Ltd (NTMEL), is set to support the launch and ongoing operation of Ghana's Traffitech-GH National Road Safety program. The country is expected to commence live citation issuance on October 1st.
The new automated enforcement program aims to address the growing human and economic toll of traffic crashes on Ghana’s roads. The program's implementation is intended to improve road safety through technology-driven monitoring and enforcement.
Sensys Gatso Group holds a share in NTMEL, a company formed to assist the Ghanaian government in establishing an automated traffic enforcement system. NTMEL will be responsible for the management and operation of the program, ensuring the smooth functioning of the citation process.
