September 2026 Automotive Sales: Xiaomi Delivers Over 40,000 Units
China's automotive sector has released its September 2026 sales figures. Xiaomi reported over 40,000 vehicle deliveries, while SGMW's HuaJing S SUV continued its growth trend.
Chinese automakers have released their sales and delivery figures for September 2026. Xiaomi reported deliveries exceeding 40,000 vehicles, marking a significant increase for the company. The initial month's deliveries for the "Xiaomi Pengcheng" model surpassed 10,000 units.
SAIC-GM-Wuling (SGMW) announced that its HuaJing S, a large six-seater SUV developed in partnership with Huawei, delivered 7,416 units. This marks the fifth consecutive month of growth for the model, with cumulative deliveries now exceeding 30,000 units since its launch.
The model's sales have shown consistent upward momentum, with 7,306 units delivered in August, 7,203 in July, and 5,689 in June. The HuaJing S, launched in May, comes standard with Huawei's Kunlun intelligent driving system ADS 5 Pro.
These figures provide a key snapshot of China's rapidly evolving electric vehicle market, characterized by increasing competition and technological advancements.
