Servana acquires Dynava Group for SEK 102 Million
PixelFox's associate company Servana has completed the acquisition of Dynava Group for SEK 102 million. The deal strengthens Servana's AI services in the Nordic region.
Stockholm – Servana AB, an associate company of PixelFox AB, has finalized the purchase of Dynava Group AB for a price of SEK 102 million.
The acquisition provides Servana with an established Nordic customer service operation, featuring recurring assignments and a significantly expanded base for implementing and commercializing its AI-based models and services. Dynava's operations reported net sales of approximately SEK 318 million in 2025.
This strategic move is expected to enhance Servana's market position in the Nordic region for its artificial intelligence solutions. The integration of Dynava's customer base and operational infrastructure is anticipated to facilitate Servana's growth.
PixelFox AB will monitor the integration and subsequent performance of Servana following this acquisition.
