SF Holding Reports Nine-Month Financial Results for 2026
SF Holding posted a 5.53% increase in revenue for the first nine months of 2026, even as net profit saw a slight decline compared to the previous year.
Logistics provider SF Holding has released its financial results for the first three quarters of 2026, reporting total revenue of 237.73 billion yuan, up 5.53% year-over-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached 8.22 billion yuan, reflecting a marginal decline of 1.12%.
Performance in the third quarter showed signs of recovery, with revenue rising 4.87% to 82.22 billion yuan and net profit increasing 5.54% to 2.71 billion yuan. The company attributed this growth in profitability to improved operational efficiency and the large-scale integration of AI technologies to mitigate rising fuel costs.
SF Holding’s international and supply chain business segments emerged as key drivers, recording a 19.7% revenue increase in the third quarter. Alongside operational shifts, the company engaged in capital management activities, including share buybacks in both A and H markets and the issuance of international bonds to restructure debt.
