Logistics major Shadowfax has reported a substantial surge in its financial performance for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27). The company announced a consolidated net profit after tax (PAT) of INR 65.4 Crore, an increase of eight times from INR 8 Crore recorded in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, the PAT saw a 17% rise from INR 55.8 Crore in the previous quarter.

Operating revenue for the quarter ending June 2026 experienced a significant year-over-year growth of 65%, reaching INR 1,358.1 Crore. On a quarter-over-quarter basis, revenue grew by 10%. Including other income of INR 21.1 Crore, Shadowfax's total income for the period stood at INR 1,379.2 Crore.

Total expenditure during the same quarter rose by 60% year-over-year to INR 1,313.8 Crore. This performance highlights Shadowfax's expanding market presence and operational efficiency within India's rapidly growing logistics sector, further fueled by e-commerce expansion.

The company's ability to scale its operations while managing costs points to its strategic positioning in a competitive market. Shadowfax has been investing in technology and network expansion to meet increasing delivery demands across the country.
