Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. The company plans to utilize this funding to accelerate product development, expand its team across India and the US, scale go-to-market efforts, and broaden its presence in the Middle East.
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati, and Michael Gallagher, Shamrock AI is developing an agent assurance platform. This platform assists large enterprises in deploying AI agents for critical business processes, ensuring their reliable operation in complex environments. The system connects business processes, systems, data, and configurations, providing AI agents with context about enterprise operations.
The startup is initially concentrating on using AI agents to automate testing for large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. Shamrock AI reports that it already serves multiple Fortune 500 customers, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.
Shamrock AI, headquartered in Shillong with additional offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco, anticipates that 70-80% of its workforce will be based in India, complemented by a client-facing team in the US. This funding round occurs amid a notable increase in investment for Indian AI startups.
