Throughout her career, Thiagarajan has contributed to major organizations, including leading agile transformations at Cigna, overseeing technology upgrades at Walmart, and contributing to the early development of Google Maps during her tenure at Google India. She also hosts a YouTube channel, "My Experiments with Life," focusing on personal growth, technology, and spirituality.
