Shanzhu Launches CJ270 MJP Full-Color 3D Printer
Shanzhu Technology has released the CJ270 MJP full-color 3D printer, priced at 34,999 yuan. The device features a 10 million color gamut and 7μm printing precision.
Shanzhu Technology has introduced its new CJ270 MJP full-color 3D printer, retailing for 34,999 yuan. The printer is capable of producing over 10 million colors by precisely controlling CMYK color mixing at the pixel level.
The device achieves a high printing resolution of 7 micrometers by combining inkjet and UV curing technologies. It utilizes a water-soluble support material that can be dissolved in pure water without requiring alkaline solvents. Complete support removal typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, particularly when aided by ultrasonic cleaning.
The printer features a modular design with seven individual printheads that can be replaced separately. A dedicated black channel is included to ensure purer black tones. It also incorporates a leveling roller to ensure layer consistency before UV curing and an activated carbon filter to reduce odors.
The CJ270 MJP is designed as a desktop unit with dimensions of 697mm x 410mm x 405mm and weighs 33.5kg. Shanzhu Technology positions its products within the industrial manufacturing sector for 3D printing applications.
