Shareholders file securities class action against Baidu following stock decline
Law firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP has initiated a class action lawsuit against Baidu, Inc. over allegations of misleading investors regarding company performance.

Investors have initiated a class action lawsuit against Baidu, Inc. following a 12.73% decline in the company's stock value. The complaint, filed by the law firm Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, alleges that the technology firm provided inaccurate financial disclosures between November 18, 2025, and August 17, 2026.
The litigation claims that Baidu failed to disclose material information to shareholders, artificially inflating stock prices during the specified period. When the corrective information reached the market, the share price subsequently fell, resulting in financial losses for investors.
The court has set a deadline of November 13, 2026, for shareholders to file a motion to serve as lead plaintiff in the case. The outcome of the litigation remains subject to judicial proceedings in the United States.
