Shengzhou Jinwei Lists Six Industrial Heater Designs for 2026

Shengzhou Jinwei Electric Heating Appliance Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of electric heating elements, has outlined six specific designs for finned heaters expected to be specified by industrial Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for air heating systems in 2026. The company's analysis focuses on components that address key engineering challenges in system design.

The six identified configurations include spiral-wound SS304 tubular elements, U-shaped dual-row elements, W/M-shaped multi-bend elements, variable-pitch fin elements, modular strip banks, and nickel-chromium core elements with high-temperature alloy sheathing. Each design is noted for its ability to solve distinct engineering constraints.

According to the company's observations from reviewing over 200 custom finned heater specifications at their Shengzhou factory this year, these designs address issues such as enclosure depth limitations, airflow uniformity, watt density ceilings, thermal cycling endurance, and retrofit compatibility. Shengzhou Jinwei suggests that selecting the appropriate finned heater geometry can lead to significant improvements.

The manufacturer claims that implementing these designs can result in energy consumption reductions of 12–18% and extend element service life beyond 15,000 operating hours. The report details the specific advantages and applications for engineers considering these options for their 2026 product lines.
