Shenzhen Releases Official Theme Song for APEC 2026
Shenzhen has unveiled the official theme song and music video for the APEC 2026 summit as part of its preparations to host the international event.
The Publicity Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Media Group have released "Meet You Where Wonders Bloom," the designated theme song for the upcoming APEC 2026 summit. The track, composed by He Muyang and performed by Jane Zhang and Joseph Zeng, is intended to serve as a cultural introduction to the host city.
Accompanying the song is a four-minute-and-forty-five-second music video featuring 176 distinct shots across the city. The production involved more than 100 local residents and was designed to highlight the city's urban landscape and its transition into an international venue for economic cooperation.
This release serves as part of the city's broader promotional campaign to establish its image as an open and inclusive host. As the 2026 summit approaches, Shenzhen is focusing on highlighting its industrial and cultural capacity to manage high-level diplomatic and economic gatherings.
