ShopView Adds Integrated Accounting Module for Heavy-Duty Repair Shops
ShopView has launched AccountingHub, an integrated accounting add-on for its management platform designed for heavy-duty repair shops.

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 12, 2026 – ShopView announced the release of AccountingHub, a new accounting add-on for its management software used by heavy-duty repair shops. The system aims to allow independent truck, trailer, diesel, and equipment repair businesses to manage their financial records directly within the ShopView platform.
Traditionally, repair shops use separate systems for management and accounting, necessitating manual data transfer and reconciliation. AccountingHub is designed to automate this process by linking invoices, payments, purchases, and other financial transactions directly to a general ledger.
The module automates several recurring tasks, including the generation of customer statements and aging reports. It provides clear visibility into bills, vendor credits, and upcoming payment due dates. The system also includes controls for fiscal periods to prevent unauthorized changes to completed accounting cycles, while preserving audit trails through reversal records.
For businesses operating multiple locations, AccountingHub offers consolidated financial statements, alongside reporting capabilities by individual shop or class. This allows for performance comparisons across different facilities. Role-based permissions are also included to manage access for owners, staff, and external accountants.
AccountingHub is available immediately as an add-on to the ShopView platform. ShopView is also offering bookkeeping services to handle the accounting tasks for shops that prefer to outsource this function.
