Shuttle Launches XPC Barebone SB860R8 Mini PC
Shuttle Inc. has introduced the XPC Barebone SB860R8, a compact barebone mini PC designed for business users that supports Intel's upcoming Core Ultra 200 series processors and offers extensive storage.

Shuttle Inc. has launched its new XPC Barebone SB860R8 barebone mini PC, primarily targeting the business market. The system is engineered to support Intel's next-generation Core Ultra 200S (Arrow Lake-S) desktop processor series, positioning it for future performance demands.
The compact 13.6-liter chassis measures 332 x 215 x 190 mm. Its front panel features a brushed black metal finish and includes USB-C, USB-A, and audio ports. The rear panel provides a comprehensive set of connectivity options, including dual 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports, dual HDMI and dual DisplayPort outputs, and six USB-A ports.
Internally, the machine is equipped with four DIMM slots capable of supporting up to 192GB of DDR5-5600 RAM. Expansion possibilities include a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot for a graphics card and a PCIe 4.0 x1 slot for additional expansion cards, along with an M.2 Key-E slot. The system comes with an integrated 500W Flex ATX power supply.
A key highlight is the capacity to house up to four 3.5-inch hard drives, making it a suitable solution for businesses requiring substantial storage. Shuttle has not yet disclosed pricing or an exact release date for the XPC Barebone SB860R8.
