SIBS AB completes bond write-down

Construction company SIBS AB has announced the completion of the write-down of its senior secured floating rate bonds (ISIN SE0023112487). The move follows the restructuring plan previously disclosed by the company on October 12, 2026.

Following this financial adjustment, the aggregate outstanding nominal value of the bond series is now SEK 633 million. The write-down serves as a mechanism to manage the company's debt obligations.

Founded in 2016, SIBS operates in the modular construction sector. The company maintains an annual scalable production capacity of approximately 6,000 modules.
