SIBS signs agreement for 200 student housing units in Sweden

SIBS AB has secured a contract for the design and turnkey delivery of 200 student housing units located in Sweden. The agreement will cover the design phase through to the building permit, after which it is set to convert into a full turnkey production contract.

The project will be developed on land with an approved zoning plan by a Swedish developer, utilizing SIBS's well-established product concept for student housing. This concept is specifically designed with building configurations optimized for modular production and assembly.

SIBS aims to leverage its standardized approach to streamline the construction process and ensure cost-effectiveness in meeting the demand for student accommodations. The company has a history of delivering similar projects.

The delivery of the 200 units is scheduled for the fourth quarter of the year. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
