Sidetrade, a company focused on AI-driven Order-to-Cash solutions, has announced two senior leadership appointments to bolster its strategic shift towards an AI-native operating model. Axelle de Faÿ joins as Chief Customer Experience Officer, and Frédéric Dupont-Aldiolan is appointed Chief Human Resources Officer.

The appointments are part of Sidetrade's "O2C Intelligence 2030" plan, which aims to transform the company into an AI-native enterprise. This involves a dual transformation—technological and organizational—to create a model where every employee works alongside AI agents, aligning with research suggesting true AI value comes from redesigned workflows and human-machine task redistribution.

"When every person in our company works alongside AI agents, something fundamental shifts. The way problems get identified changes. The way decisions get pressure-tested changes. People spend less time gathering and more time judging," stated Olivier Novasque, CEO & Founder of Sidetrade. The company aims for every employee to have AI agents as teammates.

Initial targets for the first year include deploying 20 to 40 AI agents and achieving 10-15% efficiency gains. Sidetrade is also launching a company-wide reskilling program to equip employees with AI fundamentals, governance, and agent oversight capabilities.
