Software company Sidetrade announced a 14% revenue increase for 2025 (at constant currency), with SaaS subscriptions growing 20%. The company is also preparing to launch an autonomous AI agent.

Software firm Sidetrade reported a 14% increase in revenue for 2025 at constant currency, reaching €61.4 million. The company's SaaS subscriptions saw a significant 20% growth, highlighting demand for its AI-powered Order-to-Cash solutions.
North America emerged as Sidetrade's leading region in 2025, accounting for 30% of total revenue and growing by 25%. International markets contributed 71% of the company's revenue. The acquisition of ezyCollect in the Asia-Pacific region is also noted as a new growth driver, particularly strengthening Sidetrade's position in the SME segment.
Sidetrade is advancing its artificial intelligence capabilities. In 2025, four multinational clients entered the deployment phase for its autonomous AI agent, Aimie, aimed at automating and improving cash collection processes.
Annual Contract Value (ACV) bookings for 2025 totaled €11.04 million, a 13% decrease compared to the previous year. This reduction was primarily due to a weaker first half, which was 21% lower than the record first half of 2024. However, bookings momentum recovered in the second half of 2025, with a decrease of only 2.8%.
