Sidetrade reports significant revenue growth in Q3 2026
Sidetrade generated €2.60 million in new Annual Recurring Revenue during the third quarter, representing a 348% year-over-year increase.

AI-driven Order-to-Cash firm Sidetrade posted strong financial results for the third quarter of 2026, reporting €2.60 million in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This performance marks a 348% increase compared to the same period in 2025. For the first nine months of the year, the company achieved €7.76 million in new ARR, exceeding its total 2025 performance by 81%.
Revenue for the quarter reached €18.4 million, a 22% increase driven largely by a 24% rise in subscription revenue. The firm’s international footprint continues to expand, with 76% of bookings generated outside France. North America emerged as the primary market, accounting for 54% of total bookings for the quarter.
CEO Olivier Novasque attributed the growth to the firm's strategic shift toward proprietary AI infrastructure. By moving away from third-party model providers, Sidetrade aims to offer clients greater cost predictability and sovereign control over their AI deployments. AI-native products were a significant driver of this success, contributing 30% of the new ARR signed during the period.
