Sidetrade to Acquire ezyCollect, Expanding Order-to-Cash Operations to Asia-Pacific
Sidetrade has signed binding agreements to acquire 100% of Australian Order-to-Cash company ezyCollect. The deal will expand Sidetrade's global footprint into the Asia-Pacific region.

Sidetrade, a provider of AI-powered Order-to-Cash (O2C) applications, announced it has signed binding agreements to acquire 100% of ezyCollect. This acquisition aims to expand Sidetrade's market presence into the Asia-Pacific region, building on ezyCollect's established position serving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Sidetrade, already a leader in Europe and a top 3 player in North America, plans to leverage ezyCollect's expertise and customer base in Australia and New Zealand. The combined entity will offer SaaS solutions and AI capabilities to thousands of SMBs, creating a data lake of corporate payment behaviors.
Olivier Novasque, founder and CEO of Sidetrade, stated that the acquisition provides immediate access to the dynamic Asia-Pacific market. He also highlighted ezyCollect's focus on the mid-market, where Sidetrade's AI agents can offer significant value to companies lacking extensive O2C teams.
Founded in 2014, ezyCollect is a leading O2C SaaS provider for SMBs in Australia and New Zealand, managing approximately A$19 billion in B2B receivables for over 1,100 clients. The company has reported reductions in late payments and bad debt for its clients. For the 2025 calendar year, ezyCollect expects revenue of approximately A$14 million, with projected growth of 28%.
The integration is expected to significantly enhance Sidetrade's international profile. By 2026, the Asia-Pacific region is projected to represent nearly 13% of Sidetrade's consolidated revenue, diversifying its income streams and reducing reliance on its French market.
