Sidus Space Appoints Alan Khalili as Chief Financial Officer

Sidus Space, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIDU), a space and defense technology company, announced on July 24, 2026, the appointment of Alan Khalili as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 27, 2026.

Khalili brings over two decades of executive financial leadership experience in the space, satellite, and technology sectors. His background includes roles in investment banking, public accounting, co-founding a space-based data platform, and serving as a CFO for a public company. He possesses expertise in corporate finance, public company reporting, capital markets, and strategic planning.

In his new role, Khalili will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations support, internal controls, and capital allocation. He is expected to play a key role in supporting the company's commercialization efforts, operational execution, and strategic growth initiatives.
