Siebert Financial Backs Veteran Wealth Building Initiative
Siebert Financial Corp. has acquired Guild Financial, a fintech company founded in 2021 with the aim of improving veterans' financial standing. The acquisition strengthens the company's commitment to the military community.

Siebert Financial Corp. has acquired Guild Financial, a fintech firm established on Veterans Day 2021 by former Navy Intelligence Officer Sean Bonner and former Navy SEAL Commander Kaj Larsen. This acquisition forms the basis for the military-focused Siebert.Valor platform.
The company stated the acquisition was a natural match due to shared values. Siebert's legacy traces back to Muriel Siebert, who became the first woman to own a seat on the New York Stock Exchange in 1967. The company has since been dedicated to advancing equity and transparency in financial services.
The Siebert.Valor initiative aims to provide veterans with tools, transparency, and knowledge for wealth building. The company seeks to facilitate the transition from service to financial freedom. Kaj Larsen, former Navy SEAL Commander, highlighted that the partnership reinforces the company's dedication to service members by granting them access to wealth-building resources.
