SightMD adds cornea specialist Brittany M. Perzia to Yonkers medical staff
Ophthalmologist Dr. Brittany M. Perzia has joined the Yonkers office of SightMD, bringing expertise in corneal disease and surgical eye care to the Westchester region.
SightMD, an ophthalmic group operating across New York, has appointed Dr. Brittany M. Perzia to its Yonkers location. Dr. Perzia, who specializes in corneal and external eye diseases, will provide both medical and surgical care to patients in the Westchester area.
Dr. Perzia joins the practice following a residency at the Yale University School of Medicine. Her clinical focus includes the treatment of ocular surface disorders, cataracts, and complex anterior segment conditions. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Perzia has a background in research, having contributed to peer-reviewed literature on topics including ocular oncology and infectious eye diseases.
Brad Kligman, Chief Medical Officer at SightMD, stated that the addition of Dr. Perzia expands the group’s subspecialty capacity within the region. SightMD continues to manage a network of over 38 locations, supported by Sight Growth Partners, as it seeks to scale its multi-specialty eye care footprint.
