SignalRGB builds PC with 36 decorative RAM modules
SignalRGB has unveiled a new personal computer where the chassis is constructed from 36 non-functional RAM modules and light bars. The design is inspired by older Valve Steam Machines.
SignalRGB, known for its universal PC RGB control software, has showcased a custom-built computer dubbed the 'RAM Machine'. The unique aspect of this desktop PC is its exterior casing, which is comprised entirely of 36 decorative RAM modules, along with 16 light bars.
The computer's design draws inspiration from Valve's original Steam Machine, specifically referencing its historical memory limitations. The company opted for a hexagonal shape, mirroring the aesthetic of the older console. All the decorative memory modules and the large fan unit at the base are integrated with lighting effects controllable through SignalRGB's software.
SignalRGB plans to give away the RAM Machine through a sweepstakes. Internally, the machine is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card, 32GB of DDR5-8200 RAM, a 2TB PCIe Gen4 SSD, a B860 Mini-ITX motherboard, and a 750W Gold-rated power supply.
