Signature Aviation Acquires Castle & Cooke Aviation Services

Signature Aviation has completed the acquisition of Castle & Cooke Aviation Services LLC. The acquired entity operates a fixed-base operator (FBO) facility at Van Nuys Airport, a significant hub for business and general aviation traffic.

The purchase is expected to enhance Signature Aviation's network and service offerings in a key U.S. market. Van Nuys Airport is recognized for its high volume of private jet operations.

Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal counsel to Castle & Cooke, Inc. throughout the sale process. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
