Signature Aviation, an operator of private aviation terminals, announced a new collaboration with JA Worldwide aimed at introducing students to careers in the aviation sector. The initiative begins with a pilot program in Southern California, offering students structured job shadowing opportunities at local aviation facilities.

The partnership aims to provide students with exposure to operational and management roles within private aviation. By leveraging its network of terminals, Signature Aviation intends to offer participants direct insight into the daily functions of an aviation business, ranging from ground handling to terminal operations.

This move comes as the aviation industry faces long-term workforce challenges and a need for qualified talent. Junior Achievement, an organization focused on youth financial literacy and work readiness, will facilitate student recruitment and curriculum integration for the program.

The collaboration is slated to expand beyond the initial Southern California launch, with potential rollouts to other regions in the coming months.
