Signature by Regus to Open Largest London Location
International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its London office space offerings with the largest Signature by Regus location to date, situated in the city's financial district.

International Workplace Group (IWG) is set to open its largest workspace to date under its Signature by Regus brand within the new 100 Bishopsgate tower in the City of London. The expansion increases the company's presence in a key financial hub.
The new location will occupy 80,000 square feet in the 40-storey mixed-use building, developed by Canadian investment group Brookfield. The space is being converted into sophisticated, flexible office environments. Upon completion, the Signature by Regus space will also accommodate clients such as the Royal Bank of Canada, investment bank Jefferies, and law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Stephen Holloway, UK Network Development Director for IWG, highlighted the landmark nature of the building and its potential to create a new destination within the City. "We are taking space in both the new tower and the adjoining historic building at St Catherine’s Place, offering our customers the option of different working environments underpinned by the Signature brand offer," Holloway stated.
Signature by Regus targets companies requiring flexible leases in prime global locations, offering a service level comparable to a five-star hotel. The brand already has a presence in London at locations including Pall Mall, Canary Wharf, and The Gherkin. IWG anticipates strong demand for high-quality, flexible workspace solutions in the City, further enhanced by the upcoming Crossrail transportation link.
