Los Angeles, CA – July 16, 2026 – Signature Resolution, a dispute resolution firm, announced today that James N. Procter has joined its panel of neutrals. Procter brings forty years of experience as a civil defense litigator, focusing now on private dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, Procter represented individuals, public entities, insurance carriers, and large corporations. His extensive experience covers complex civil litigation matters, including personal injury, catastrophic injury, civil rights, public entity defense, insurance disputes, premises liability, and commercial litigation. His background inside defense firms provides him with a keen understanding of how institutional defendants assess exposure and what is required to move disputes toward resolution.
