Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort to launch five dining concepts in January 2027
Following a property-wide transformation, the Florida resort will reopen in early 2027 with a revamped culinary program featuring five distinct food and beverage venues.
Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is scheduled to reopen in January 2027, marking the completion of an extensive property-wide renovation. The relaunch will introduce five new culinary concepts, ranging from casual beachside dining to formal restaurant settings, intended to serve both resort guests and the local community.
The new portfolio of venues includes Spoonbill, an all-day café and market; Solfina Bar and Terrace, a Mediterranean-inspired lobby bar; and Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria, a modern Italian dining establishment. Additionally, the resort will feature two outdoor options: the poolside Cocoplum Bar and the casual, retro-inspired Flipside Beach Bar.
Gary Sims, vice president managing director of the resort, stated that the culinary expansion is designed to foster social interaction and provide unique experiences tied to the Naples locale. The project reflects a broader strategy to reposition the resort as a central social hub in the region.
