Siili Solutions Acquires Majority Stake in Supercharge
IT services company Siili Solutions Plc is strengthening its digital innovation and mobile development expertise by acquiring a majority stake in Hungary-based Supercharge. The transaction is expected to close by February 2021.
Siili Solutions Plc has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the Hungarian company Supercharge Kft. The transaction is expected to be completed by February 2021, pending approval from the Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology.
Supercharge is described as one of Hungary's leading partners for the innovation, design, and development of digital services, and one of Europe's fastest-growing firms in the sector. The company operates offices in Budapest, London, and Amsterdam.
This acquisition is set to significantly enhance Siili's expertise in state-of-the-art digital innovation, concept development, and mobile application creation. Siili's CEO, Marko Somerma, stated that the move will accelerate the implementation of the company's newly announced Digital Experience strategy.
The deal also supports Siili's international expansion strategy. Supercharge's international client base and dynamic approach are expected to broaden Siili's European network and improve its ability to serve global clients. Supercharge's CEO, Andras Tessenyi, highlighted shared values and potential synergies between the companies' respective expertise.
