Siili Solutions, ConfidentialMind and UpCloud Partner for European Sovereign AI

Helsinki – Siili Solutions Plc has entered into a strategic partnership with ConfidentialMind and UpCloud. This collaboration is designed to help public sector organizations, regulated industries, defense and security actors, and critical infrastructure providers transition from AI experimentation to governed, production-ready sovereign AI. The initiative aims to enable advanced AI services in Europe without reliance on major US or Chinese cloud providers.

The partnership integrates Siili's end-to-end engineering, AI governance, and managed services capabilities with ConfidentialMind's platform-agnostic AI platform and UpCloud's European private cloud infrastructure. The shared objective is to offer European organizations the ability to leverage powerful AI solutions with full data control and sovereignty.

The joint offering is tailored for organizations requiring AI operation within controlled environments, such as private clouds, on-premises deployments, or air-gapped systems. Data and inference can remain within Finland or the EEA, while authorization, policy enforcement, auditability, observability, and cost visibility are embedded into the platform. This is particularly relevant for sectors where trust, resilience, and compliance are paramount.
