Siili Solutions Plc, ConfidentialMind, and UpCloud have formed a strategic partnership to deliver sovereign AI for European organizations. The collaboration aims to enable European entities to utilize AI in a controlled environment using entirely European infrastructure.
Siili Solutions Plc has announced a new strategic collaboration with ConfidentialMind and UpCloud. The partnership is designed to help public sector organizations, regulated industries, and defense and security actors transition from AI experimentation to governed, production-ready sovereign agentic AI.
The collaboration integrates Siili's end-to-end engineering, AI governance, and managed services with ConfidentialMind's environment-agnostic AI platform and UpCloud's European private cloud infrastructure. It is founded on the principle that European organizations should not have to compromise between accessing powerful AI and maintaining full control over their data.
The joint offering targets organizations requiring AI deployment in controlled environments, including private cloud, on-premise, or air-gapped setups. Data and inference can be kept within Finland or the EEA, with built-in authorization, policy enforcement, auditability, and observability. This is particularly relevant for sectors where trust, resilience, and compliance are critical.
