Siili Solutions Leaders Complete Brain-Based Leadership Training

Siili Solutions Plc, an IT and technology consulting firm, announced in March 2025 the completion of a brain-based leadership training program for its managers. The program focused on enhancing leadership skills and fostering a more effective workplace culture.

The primary objective of the training was to strengthen Siili's human-centric leadership culture and provide leaders with concrete tools for their daily responsibilities. Topics included feedback mechanisms and strategies for supporting long-term employee development and growth. The program was delivered in collaboration with the NeuroLeadership Institute, an organization specializing in building high-performing, human-centered organizations through scientific insights.

By incorporating principles of neuroscience, the training aims to help leaders develop a more empathetic and effective leadership style. This approach seeks to promote a broader understanding of human behavior and diversity, leading to more solution-oriented and forward-thinking communication across all organizational levels. Siili stated that small, brain-informed actions can yield significant positive impacts on performance, collaboration, and overall well-being.

The program consisted of six sessions, supplemented by individual and group work. According to the company, over 90% of participants reported applying the learned brain-based leadership tools and skills approximately 1-3 times per week. Siili Solutions plans to continue developing its culture and leadership practices throughout 2025.
