Helsinki – Siili Solutions Plc has been chosen as a supplier of expert services for the development and maintenance of information systems in a public tender by the National Land Survey of Finland. The agreement covers services for the development of the systems' BackEnd, FrontEnd, and new projects.
The estimated total value for these three selected areas during the four-year contract period is up to 17 million euros. In the National Land Survey's tender process, supplier competence was evaluated based on both general and special expertise, with a significant weighting towards the latter.
"The public sector is one of our strategic focus areas, and success in this public tender is another strong step in implementing the strategy," commented Siili's CEO Tomi Pienimäki. He expressed anticipation for continuing the good cooperation with the National Land Survey.
The company received the procurement decisions in early July. These decisions will take effect after the expiry of the appeal period, as stipulated by Finnish procurement law. Siili Solutions has previously collaborated with the National Land Survey, including on the digitalization of property data.
