Silicon Flow Completes B+ and C Rounds, Raising Nearly 2.9 Billion Yuan
Chinese AI infrastructure company Silicon Flow has secured nearly 2.9 billion yuan (approximately $400 million USD) in its B+ and C funding rounds. This brings the company's cumulative equity financing close to 2.9 billion yuan by the end of 2026.
Silicon Flow, a Chinese company focused on AI infrastructure, has announced the completion of its B+ and C funding rounds, raising nearly 2.9 billion yuan (approximately $400 million USD). This brings the company's total equity financing accumulated by the end of 2026 to approximately this amount.
The capital infusion is designated for significant investments in core technologies, including inference engines, heterogeneous computing scheduling, and model-to-chip adaptation. Silicon Flow also plans to enhance its Token supply platform capabilities and accelerate its global market expansion.
The funding round saw participation from a diverse group of investors, including the China Internet Investment Fund, Guoshen Fund, and China Mobile Chain-Length Fund, alongside state-level, local government, and corporate capital. Existing investors like Yaotu Capital and Sheng Yi Capital also participated with follow-on investments.
Established in August 2023, Silicon Flow aims to be a global AI capability provider. The company has introduced offerings such as API services, dedicated instances, an enterprise MaaS platform, and integrated AI model hardware, with applications in large language models, text-to-image, and video generation.
