Silverton Metals Contracts Stellium Services for Investor Relations
Silverton Metals has engaged London-based Stellium Services to manage social media and digital marketing as part of a six-month investor relations agreement.
Silverton Metals Corp. has entered into a service agreement with London-based Stellium Services Ltd. to bolster its investor relations efforts. The arrangement, effective February 17, 2022, tasks Stellium with managing the company’s social media presence and coordinating digital advertising content.
The contract stipulates a monthly fee of GBP 1,750 for an initial six-month term. Following this period, the engagement may be terminated by either party upon 60 days' written notice.
Stellium Services is led by Andrew Wilson, a former equity capital markets professional with experience at firms including Peel Hunt and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC). The company stated that neither Stellium nor its principals currently hold any securities in Silverton Metals.
