Singaporean artificial intelligence technology firm Ropedia has announced the closure of a $22 million funding round, led by venture capital firm Gobi Partners.
The company specializes in developing AI solutions for physical environments, aiming to enhance efficiency and safety in sectors such as retail and manufacturing. The capital raised is intended to fuel Ropedia's expansion into new markets and accelerate its product development efforts.
"This funding marks a significant milestone in Ropedia's growth trajectory. It strengthens our position as a provider of AI solutions for physical spaces and empowers us to scale our operations globally," stated Ropedia CEO Jane Doe.
Prior to this round, Ropedia had secured investments from other backers and seen its technology adopted by various businesses across Asia. The new funding is expected to support the creation of new applications and enhance existing product offerings.
