Singapore court dismisses Tata Power's challenges to $490 million arbitration awards

Tata Power had initiated multiple challenges before the SICC in an attempt to invalidate decisions made in favor of Kleros. However, the court found no grounds to set aside the previous awards, marking a significant legal setback for Tata Power.
