Singtel and Dart launch cybersecurity training program for enterprises
Singtel and Dart have introduced a five-day training program in Singapore aimed at helping security teams detect and respond to advanced cyber threats.

Singtel and Singapore-based cybersecurity firm Dart have launched a five-day training initiative designed for enterprise security teams and operators of critical information infrastructure (CII). The curriculum focuses on identifying and mitigating advanced persistent threats across both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) systems.
The launch responds to an increasingly challenging threat landscape in Singapore, highlighted by recent disclosures that actors such as UNC3886 have targeted critical infrastructure, including the telecommunications industry. The training is also aligned with stringent compliance obligations mandated by Singapore’s Cybersecurity Act.
The program combines specialized IT and OT tracks with simulated attack exercises. While the standard cost is S$8,000 per participant, funding options may reduce the fee to S$1,000 for eligible candidates.
