Sinofn: GenoVive™ Extract Reduces Fatigue in Mouse Study

Sinofn (Tianjin) Pharm-Tech Co., Ltd. has released results from a clinical study demonstrating that its GenoVive™ jujube extract significantly reduces fatigue in mice. The study focused on the compound's ability to enhance endurance, leveraging its high Adenosine Cyclophosphate (cAMP) content.

The experiment involved 40 mice subjected to a forced swimming test to induce fatigue. Animals were orally administered GenoVive™ extract daily for two weeks prior to testing. According to the findings, higher doses of GenoVive™ extract (6.7 ml/kg and 20.0 ml/kg) led to a statistically significant increase in swimming time compared to the control group.

Sinofn states that GenoVive™ is concentrated to deliver a high content of Adenosine Cyclophosphate (cAMP), described as a critical second-generation messenger involved in regulating intracellular metabolism and biological functions. The company utilizes patented extraction technologies for its product.

The study results indicate that higher dosages of GenoVive™ can significantly delay fatigue and prolong swimming time. Sinofn presents these findings as evidence supporting GenoVive™'s role as an anti-fatigue ingredient.
