Sintrones Showcases AI Machine Vision for Electronics and Semiconductor Inspection

SINTRONES Technology, a global provider of industrial and edge AI computing solutions, will showcase its edge AI computing platforms designed for machine vision, automated optical inspection (AOI), and semiconductor inspection at the VISION 2026 trade fair in Stuttgart, Germany.

The company's offerings include high-density GPU systems and compact edge AI platforms that provide scalable computing power for applications such as high-resolution defect detection, AOI, 3D vision, and multi-camera image processing in the semiconductor, electronics, and precision manufacturing sectors.

Key products on display include the ABOX-5221(P)(G)-IP66, featuring Intel Core processors and optional Intel Arc GPU acceleration, and the ABOX-5221(P)(G)-LC, which utilizes SINTRONES' patented fanless phase-change liquid cooling for enhanced thermal management and sustained performance. The new ABOX-5222E will also be introduced, offering dual PCIe x16 expansion slots for growing AI inspection workloads.

SINTRONES will also demonstrate compact edge AI platforms for real-time 3D and multi-camera vision, such as the IBOX-604-G2 and IBOX-601-M12X, which support multiple GMSL2 cameras for object detection and AI inference, enabling scalable deployment in demanding industrial environments.
