Sirha Lyon expands exhibition space for 2027 edition
The 23rd edition of the Sirha Lyon foodservice event will span 150,000 square meters, representing an expansion of 7,000 square meters.
Sirha Lyon has confirmed that its 23rd edition will occupy 150,000 square meters of exhibition space when it opens in January 2027. The event, which takes place from January 21 to January 25, 2027, is adding 7,000 square meters to its footprint compared to previous years.
More than 4,300 exhibitors and brands have already secured space for the event. Organizers are also implementing a redesign of the visitor experience, aiming to accommodate the scale of the exhibition and enhance professional interaction.
As a major global gathering for the food service sector, the expansion indicates a continued focus on hosting large-scale trade environments. The event serves as a bellwether for industry trends and international commercial partnerships.
