OCS Group, a global facilities services provider, required enhanced tools for tracking project expenditures. Specifically, its FM Hard Services business unit needed deeper project cost management capabilities than its existing group financial system provided.
To address this need, SIS's Project Cost Management module was deployed within OCS Group's FM Hard Services division. The implementation aims to provide real-time financial insights into projects and improve decision-making. The deployment is expected to streamline cost control, mitigate risks, and enhance profitability.
