Sitka Gold nears results from 30,000-meter drilling campaign at RC Gold

Canadian explorer Sitka Gold Corp. is preparing for a period of data releases following the completion of an extensive 59,531-meter diamond drilling campaign at its RC Gold project in the Yukon. The company has yet to publish findings for 90 of the 149 holes drilled, representing more than 30,000 meters of core data.

Preliminary results from 59 previously reported holes indicate significant mineralization, notably in the Saddle Zone where one drill hole intersected 236 meters grading 1.15 g/t gold. Geologists have also identified visible gold and complex vein networks in the Clear Creek Intrusive Complex. A recent discovery at the Pukelman target, featuring visible gold within a lamprophyre dike, is being evaluated as a potential structural link between the project's known mineralized zones.

The RC Gold project currently holds a resource estimate of 5.12 million ounces of gold across three zones. As the project advances, Sitka Gold has appointed industry veteran Tim Termuende as Chairman of the Board. This leadership change signals a strategic shift as the company transitions from exploration toward project development.
