Sivers Semiconductors restructures senior leadership for commercial growth
Sivers Semiconductors announced leadership changes, appointing new executives and reassigning roles to advance the commercialization of its wireless and photonics products.
KISTA, Sweden – Sivers Semiconductors AB has announced significant changes to its senior leadership team to accelerate the company's next phase of commercial growth. The company has appointed new executives and realigned existing roles to bolster its position in the wireless and photonics product markets.
Marc Pegulu will join Sivers as Managing Director of Wireless effective September 28. He brings over 25 years of experience in delivering profitable growth for product businesses across RF, wireless, and mixed-signal technologies, with prior P&L leadership roles at Semtech and Qorvo.
Harish Krishnaswamy, currently Managing Director of Wireless, will transition to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this new capacity, he will focus on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and new business initiatives. David Clark is set to join as VP of Engineering for Photonics by October 31, bringing more than 25 years of experience in photonics, semiconductor packaging, and product development.
The company also announced that Andrew McKee, CTO of Photonics, will retire at the end of 2026, assisting with the transition to Clark. President & CEO Vickram Vathulya stated that the changes are part of a strategic push to achieve commercial growth and scale, building on the company's strong technology and product foundation.
