The adjustments are being made as the company enhances its financial reporting processes and prepares for United States Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) audit requirements associated with its objective of a dual listing.
The updated reporting dates include: the Q2 2026 Interim Report on August 27, 2026; the Q3 2026 Interim Report on November 26, 2026; and the Q4 2026 Interim Report on February 25, 2027.
