SJF Bank A/S: New Member Elected to Board of Directors

Copenhagen – SJF Bank announced on May 7, 2026, changes to its board of directors following its annual representative meeting. The meeting resulted in the election of a new board member and the appointment of a new chairman and deputy chairman.
Re-elected to the board were Director Jakob N. Andersson, farmer Erik Larsen, lawyer Otto Spliid, former editor-in-chief Torben Dalby Larsen, CEO Liselotte Munk, and former CEO Per Sønderup. They received renewed mandates for their positions.
Newly elected to the board is Director and professional board member Ane Arnth Jensen. Her appointment brings new expertise to the bank's governance. Employee-elected representatives Mads Wallin, Dorthe Andersen, and Dan Roland Hansen also continue their roles on the board.
In a subsequent board meeting, Jakob N. Andersson was re-appointed as chairman, and Erik Larsen as deputy chairman. The board now comprises ten members responsible for guiding the bank's strategic direction and overseeing its operations.
